Free Same Day Shipping

Our inventory is ready to ship! Orders placed by 8:00 p.m. Central Time on weekdays are shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 8:00 p.m. on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, will ship the following Monday. Over 125,000 items in our 200,000 square foot automated distribution center are ready to ship the same day you order.

And if your order is over $100.00, and you're in the contiguous 48 states, we'll ship it UPS Ground to you for free! If your order is less than $100.00, we charge a flat $6.95 shipping charge. All International, Hawaii and Alaska shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please specify your preferred shipping method at the time of order. You will be notified of all charges before the order is processed.

You can have complete confidence that your Return will be handled promply, and with care:

You may return any unused or unaltered item within 90 days for a full refund or exchange. No return authorization is needed; however, a call or email to our Customer Service Staff may avoid an unnecessary return. Please do not return goods to us COD. Instead, follow our quick and easy Return process. Simply complete your Merchandise Return Form (on the back of your invoice) and enclose it with the items you wish to return in a secure package and apply the Authorized Return Label to the package. NOTE: To reduce the risk of damage, manufacturer display box should not be used as a shipping box.

Take the package to any UPS® authorized shipping outlet including The UPS Store®, Customer Center, Drop Box or give it to any UPS driver. Keep the tracking number strip located on the lower portion of the Return Label for reference when tracking your package at: UPS.com. or by calling: 1-800-PICK-UPS®

You pay nothing up-front. A $6.95 fee will be deducted from your Refund or request for an Exchange. No restocking fee applies if returned within 90 days ($9.00 or 10% fee applies, whichever is higher, after 90 days). For items which include a manufacturer's warranty, please follow their instructions.
